Special Dues Policies for the Remainder of 2025

Newly Admitted Lawyers (licensed in Colorado 3 years or less) - 2 options:

Dues are waived through the end of the year of admission, or
If a new lawyer pays during the same year they are admitted, they are not billed for the following year.

Mid-Year Membership (After Annual Conference and licensed in Colorado 4 years or more)

Any Colorado lawyer who joins after the Annual Conference will receive a prorated dues rate.
Dues are calculated per month for the remaining calendar year, with the month of application included.

Who Should Apply?

Qualifications for Individuals - Any person:

Who is a member in good standing of the Bar of the State of Colorado, and;
Who will support the purpose and mission of the Association, and;
Who devotes a substantial portion of his or her professional practice to the representation of business, corporate, governmental, insurance, professional or individual civil litigants involving tort, contract, insurance, employment, governmental, or business matters, who does not, for the most part, represent plaintiffs (except for subrogation actions) in personal injury, employment, construction defect or insurance bad faith litigation or claimants in workers' compensation proceedings; and
Who does not personally advertise or in any way solicit clients for the purposes of representing claimants in workers' compensation proceedings or plaintiffs in personal injury or bad faith lawsuits outside the context of subrogation, contribution or indemnification.
