This is an intensive all-day class intended to impart excellence in practice skills to new defense attorneys – our target audience is attorneys in their first or second years of practice. Topics range from time management, to taking and defending depositions, to time recording and billing, to handling written discovery, and more. There will also be a presentation from experienced judges on the dos and don’ts of making court your first court appearances.
Faculty:
