The Honorable Scott T. Varholak, United States District Court for the District of Colorado Magistrate Judge Varholak was appointed to the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado on October 1, 2016. A little over one year into his tenure, Magistrate Judge Varholak will provide his impressions from the bench. In particular, Magistrate Judge Varholak will be asked to provide his thoughts and observations related to cases litigated by and against public entities. He will also highlight important aspects of his practice standards. A question and answer period will allow for members to get to know Magistrate Judge Varholak.
