This CLE will address recent changes to Colorado's Rules of Civil Procedure. The presenters will address case management including the one year trial setting goal, pleading practices and Warne v. Hall standards, CMOs and Case Management Conferences; application of factors to be considered in determining proportionality, including expressing how those factors are considered in the CMO. The presenters will address the scope of expert disclosures and testimony. The presenters will be inviting audience participation so as to address CLDA member's questions and concerns throughout the presentation.
